Evaluation Question 2
How Does your media product represent particular social groups?
The people in our film...
In our film two actors are featured and are males. The first character 'Daniel' is typical to the expected character of an action film, being a young male, who seems of good physical ability as he is filmed running away in a persuing chase in the opening. However he may be seen as younger than usually, being a late teenager sort of age, where as in typical action films, a male lead role is in their middle twenties. The other character who is masked can be assumed easily to be male by his posture and bodily shape. His age though is not clear but he again seems of well physical ability, as he is running too, but also whilst carrying a shotgun.
Through our characters we have represented certain social groups, which include;
The way our met social groupings come across our neither shown in a positive or negative light during our film. With no dialouge, little is revealed about our characters, as our film uses enigma to draw out audience interest. Though through the obvious social groupings met, it can be commented that they are stereotypical.
